Our Leadership Development Programme (LDP) brings together 4 programmes that will provide learners with the best opportunity to excel in leadership. These programmes can be completed throughout the year and do not have to be attended consecutively. For the most effective change to happen, we understand that changed behaviour takes time and is a process rather than a quick fix. By committing to a programme of learning, learners can build their skills one brick at a time, obtain regular feedback, and explore the challenges they may face as they develop.
